Lunch:  pizza soup (organic penne pasta, organic tomatoes, zucchini, shredded carrots, garlic, basil), homemade bread w/ butter

PM:  yogurt pretzels

Wednesday

AM:  organic sourdough toast w/ butter

Lunch:  pinto beans over organic rice w/ guacamole

PM:  banana

Thursday

AM:  organic vanilla yogurt

Lunch:  spinach, carrot and cheese pizza; fresh pineapple

PM:  cheddar sesame sticks

Friday

AM:  popcorn and raisins

Lunch:  bean burrito, spinach salad w/ homemade vinaigrette

PM:  bananas and oranges
