Lunch: GEDS sloppy Josephines (grass fed ground beef, lentils, organic onions, organic barbecue sauce, organic tomatoes) on whole wheat bread, cucumber salad (cucumbers, sour cream/dill/garlic/salt)
PM: pretzels

Wednesday
AM: honey roasted peanuts
Lunch: vegetable soup (organic carrots, organic celery, organic potatoes, organic tomatoes, beef broth), homemade organic bread, butter
PM: cheddar cheese cubes

Thursday
AM: Schumann’s apple bran muffins
Lunch: fried rice (organic rice, organic broccoli, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, scrambled organic pastured eggs)
PM: organic popcorn w/ butter

Friday
AM: rice cakes
Lunch: organic apple slices w/organic peanut butter, organic vanilla yogurt w/ local honey and blueberries
PM: snack mix: Goldfish crackers/honey roasted peanuts
