AM:  steel cut oats, brown sugar, milk

Lunch:  pinto beans, rice, guacamole

PM:  apples and oranges

Wednesday

AM:  toasted English muffins w/ butter

Lunch:  cheese pizza, cantaloupe

PM:  fig bars

Thursday

AM:  popcorn w/ butter, cheddar cheese

Lunch:  homemade vegetable bean soup, homemade bread w/ butter

PM:  tortilla chips

Friday

AM:  string cheese

Lunch: peanut butter and honey sandwich, celery sticks

PM:  rice cakes
