AM:  toasted bagels w/ butter

Lunch: pasta w/ homemade tomato basil sauce and mozzarella cheese

PM:  apple cinnamon rice cakes

Tuesday

AM:  celery sticks w/ peanut butter

Lunch:  lentil vegetable soup, homemade bread olive oil and garlic

PM:  orange

Wednesday

AM:  popcorn w/ butter and raisins

Lunch:  squash and rice casserole with buttered bread crumbs (yellow squash, rice, onion, half and half, egg, bread crumbs, butter)

PM:  cinnamon graham crackers

Thursday

AM:  smoked cheddar cheese, crackers

Lunch:  lentil burritos (mashed lentils, flour tortillas), homemade salsa

PM:  tortilla chips

Friday

AM:  steel cut oats w/brown sugar, almond milk

Saplings/Sprouts/Treehouse Lunch:  white spinach pizza, cantaloupe

Treehouse Special Lunch:  Miss Joy’s Filipino Chicken Adobo over rice

PM:  pretzels
