Tuesday
AM: organic apples w/ cashew/honey/lemon dip
Lunch: pulled pork tacos (slow roasted pork, organic cilantro, corn tortillas), black beans
PM: organic carrots, organic celery, homemade ranch dip

Wednesday
AM: graham crackers w/ organic peanut butter
Lunch: roasted butternut squash soup (butternut squash, coconut milk, lentils, cumin, garlic), homemade bread w/ organic butter
PM: tortilla chips, homemade pinto bean dip

Thursday
AM: Schumann Bakehaus pumpkin pecan muffins
Lunch: fried polenta w/ organic marinara and Parmesan, organic broccoli
PM: homemade pumpkin/sunflower seed crackers, homemade hummus

Friday
AM: brown rice cereal w/ organic bananas and organic milk
Lunch: roast chicken, buttered organic quinoa, roasted veggies (yellow squash, green beans, zucchini)
PM: Goldfish crackers, cashews, craisins
