AM:  cheese cubes, crackers

Lunch:  pasta with chicken, broccoli, and Parmesan cheese

PM:  homemade blueberry muffins

Tuesday

AM:  biscuits with butter and honey or strawberry jam (varies by class)

Lunch:  vegetable bean soup with homemade bread and butter

PM:  fig bar

Wednesday

AM:  raisins, peanuts, and popcorn

Lunch:  pinto beans over rice w/ guacamole

PM:  zbar

Thursday

AM:  apples w/ peanut butter

Lunch:  southwest corn and black bean casserole (corn, black bean, cilantro, sour cream, Colby-Jack cheese, cornbread)

PM:  Annie’s snacks

Friday

AM:  steel cut oatmeal with almond milk

Lunch:  lasagna, carrots

PM:  Boom Chicka Pop popcorn
