Lunch:  migas w/ black beans (eggs, butter, black beans, corn tortillas)

PM:  clementine orange

Tuesday

AM:  yogurt

Lunch:  vegetable bean soup w/ homemade bread and butter

PM:  almonds

Wednesday

AM:  steel cut oats with cinnamon, brown sugar, and almond milk

Lunch:  crackers, string cheese, red pepper strips, cucumbers, homemade ranch dip

PM:  homemade banana muffin

Thursday

AM:  toasted English muffin with butter

Lunch:  cheese quesadilla w/ guacamole

PM:  banana

Friday

AM:  popcorn with butter, banana half

Lunch:  ham sandwich (ham, mustard/mayo, multigrain bread), carrots

PM:  Boom chicka pop popcorn
