PM: homemade applesauce w/ granola

Tuesday
AM: cheddar cheese cubes, rice cakes
Lunch: beef and bean tostados (lical grass fed beef, black beans, corn tortilla chips), organic Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, salsa
PM: organic popcorn, organic raisins

Wednesday
AM: homemade rice bars (rice cereal, brown rice syrup, organic peanut butter, craisins)
Lunch: pinto beans, organic brown rice, homemade bread w/ organic butter
PM: pretzels, homemade hummus

Thursday
AM: Schumann’s Bakehaus apple bran muffins
Lunch: Asian roast chicken and quinoa w/ organic broccoli
PM: organic celery w/ organic cream cheese

Friday
AM: bananas
Lunch: homemade cheese pizza (homemade dough, organic marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese), buttered organic corn
PM: rice crackers, homemade ranch dip
