We’re clearing out our pantry and fridge before the break!  Yummy soups are a great way to incorporate precious leftovers on chilly days.

Remember: there will be no school Wednesday, December 21-Friday, December 30, 2011.  We’ll see you back at school on Monday, January 2, 2012!

Monday

AM:  rice cakes, Texas orange slices

Lunch:  potato soup w/ organic kale, organic carrots, organic celery, onion; homemade bread w/ butter

PM:  snack mix:  peanuts, Cheerios, and Goldfish crackers

Tuesday

AM:  homemade pancakes and syrup

Lunch:  vegetable beef soup (local grass fed beef, beans, organic vegetables), crackers

PM:  pretzels, veggie chips, and homemade ranch dip
