AM Kinder:  banana almond milk smoothie, graham cracker

Lunch:  brown rice penne pasta w/ spinach, mixed vegetables, garlic, and olive oil

PM: Gala apple

Tuesday

AM:  toast w/ butter

Lunch:  hummus with cucumbers, crackers, cheddar cheese cubes

PM:  graham crackers

Wednesday

AM:  toasted English muffins, cream cheese

Lunch:  pinto beans, rice, guacamole

PM:  banana chips

Thursday

AM:  popcorn and organic raisins

Lunch:  tomato basil soup (tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, half and half), homemade bread w/ butter

PM:  pear

Friday

AM:  steel cut oats, brown sugar, and organic vanilla almond milk

Lunch:  cheese sandwich on wheat bread (mayo/mustard), pear half

PM:  gluten free pretzels
