 In Weekly Meal Plan

Monday

AM:  bean dip, tortilla chips

Lunch:  chicken and rice soup (chicken, rice, chicken broth, carrots, celery)

PM:  fig bar

Tuesday

AM:  oatmeal with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and almond milk

Lunch:  apple slices, string cheese, homemade pumpkin bread (kids make pumpkin bread)

PM:  bananas

Wednesday
AM:  popcorn and raisins (children help pop popcorn with hot air popper)

Lunch:  beef vegetable soup (ground beef, mixed vegetables, tomatoes, basil, pasta, onion), homemade bread w/ butter

PM:  veggie snack sticks

Thursday

AM:  bagel with cream cheese (children toast bagels in toaster, use wooden tongs)

Lunch:  pasta with broccoli, garlic, white beans, and parmesan cheese

PM:  Zbar

Friday

AM:  hummus, crackers

Lunch:  peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwich on whole wheat bread, cucumber slices

PM:  applesauce
