AM:  hummus, carrots and cucumbers

Lunch: taco salad (pinto beans, shredded carrots, baby spinach, lime crema, tortilla chips)

Kinder:  egg salad sandwiches, carrot sticks
PM:  banana
Wednesday
AM:  string cheese
Lunch:  vegetable beef soup w/ pasta, homemade bread w/ butter
PM:  fig bars
Thursday
AM:  banana yogurt (bananas, yogurt, honey)
Lunch:  penne pasta w/ broccoli, chicken, and garlic
PM:  pretzels
Friday
AM:  wheat toast, butter
Lunch:  diced turkey, crackers, apples, vegetable sticks
PM:  Zbars
