Monday

AM:  guacamole and tortilla chips (children make guacamole)

Lunch:  chili mac (homemade vegetarian chili, macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese)

PM:  Annie’s snack pack

Tuesday

AM:  apple slices, banana chips

Lunch:  homemade roasted red pepper and tomato soup (tomatoes, half and half, roasted organic red peppers), homemade organic bread w/ organic butter (children make bread)

PM:  string cheese

Wednesday

AM:  baby carrots and hummus

Lunch:  vanilla yogurt, graham crackers, banana

PM:  crackers

Thursday

AM:  oatmeal with cinnamon and brown sugar

Lunch:  roasted chicken and vegetables over rice (children help teachers load rice cookers)

PM:  Pirate’s Booty

Friday

AM:    organic waffle with butter (children toast waffles, use wooden toast tongs)

Lunch:  toasted ham and cheese sandwich, cucumber slices

PM:  popcorn
